Godoy Córdoba Abogados guarantees the anonymity of the whistleblower.

The personal data provided will be used solely to manage the report, investigate the alleged facts, adopt corrective measures, and, if necessary, contact the reporter to request additional information or communicate the results of the investigation.

By signing this document, I voluntarily, expressly, and informedly authorize Godoy Córdoba Abogados S.A.S. to process my personal and/or biometric data in accordance with applicable legislation (including Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015) and the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy. I understand and accept that my information will be processed and used for the following purposes:

(i) To comply with the search, verification, and analysis procedures established in the AML/CFT Risk Prevention System, the Code of Ethics, and other risk management frameworks;

(ii) To request and/or analyze information related to alerts arising under the above-mentioned procedures;

(iii) To verify the authenticity and accuracy of information provided to Godoy Córdoba Abogados;

(iv) To fulfill any other purposes set forth in the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy; and

(v) To meet any contractual or legal obligations arising in connection with the Company’s business activities.
