Andrés Bermúdez is the Director of the Tax Law practice at Godoy. He has a solid track record in tax advisory at both the national and international levels, combining academic excellence with strategic professional experience. He has advised local and foreign companies on the design and implementation of efficient investment structures, as well as their tax implications and opportunities for optimization.
His tenure at the Colombian Tax and Customs Authority (DIAN) as Deputy Director of Legal Resources provided him with a deep understanding of tax procedures, strengthening his ability to represent clients at all stages of administrative and judicial proceedings.
