Carlos Hernán is one of the most influential figures in the development of Employment Law in Colombia. As a member of the Advisory Unit, he combines more than four decades of professional experience with a strong academic vocation. He is a recognized authority in legal analysis and the transformation of labor relations, noted for his intellectual leadership, his role in training new generations of lawyers, and his continuous contributions to legal thought in the country.
His work goes beyond the technical dimension, promoting a comprehensive vision of labor law based on continuous learning, critical thinking, and the connection between knowledge and practice. Through his role as lecturer and trainer at the Godoy Córdoba Corporate School, he has become a key influence in strengthening organizational legal culture.
