She advises clients on critical decisions related to tax litigation, transfer pricing, M&A, the digital economy, and international taxation.
She has served both as arbitrator and counsel in high-impact national and international panels, including complex disputes. Recognized for her credibility and leadership, she is a key reference for authorities, industry associations, and corporations.
Catalina is an honorary member and former President of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Tributario) and has been recognized as one of the most influential figures in the country. She is also a university professor, international speaker, and author of specialized publications in more than 10 countries.
