
Profile
Daniel is an attorney from Universidad Libre de Colombia, with a specialization in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Justice and Protection of Rights, with emphasis in Labor Law, at the same university.
He has built a solid career in Employment Law from multiple perspectives. He began as a clerk at the Constitutional Court of Colombia, gaining a constitutional perspective on labor law. He later worked in law firms and in the private sector, particularly in the telecommunications industry, where he served as General Counsel.
Daniel has experience in nationwide labor litigation, preventive legal counseling, and the management of complex labor and social security matters. He is currently part of the team led by Partner Ana Cristina Medina, supporting the Litigation, Advisory, and Ministry of Labor practice groups.
