Gloria is an attorney with a Specialization in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has more than 10 years of professional experience, including two years in the corporate sector and eight years at Godoy, where she has been part of both the labor audits and labor advisory units.

Work Experience
- Gloria spent four years in the audits unit, where she managed the labor audit project for Ecopetrol’s contractors and conducted UGPP, express, and due diligence audits, among others. For the past four years, she has been part of the labor advisory team, supporting the client portfolio of Partner Santiago Martínez Méndez, with a special focus on the oil & gas sector. She has also advised clients in the thermoelectric, retail, education, and technology industries.
In addition, Gloria has supported the firm’s negotiation and training areas. She currently teaches in the Labor Law Diploma Program at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and in the Business Law Specialization Program at Universidad de los Andes.
