Laura is an attorney from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a Specialization in Labor Law from the same institution and in Advanced Studies in Political, Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Notre Dame, United States. She also holds an MBA from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
She has more than 12 years of experience as a labor lawyer in leading law firms. At Godoy, she is part of the advisory, collective labor law, and training units, where she supports companies in the strategic management of their labor relations.
Laura has also served as an Assistant Professor in the Labor and Social Security Law specialization programs at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and she is a frequent lecturer in diploma programs and training courses organized by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and Godoy.

Laura has practiced labor law for more than 12 years at leading law firms. She is currently part of the advisory, collective labor law, and training units at Godoy.
She has served as an Assistant Professor in the Social Security Law Specialization and in the Labor Law Specialization at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She has also taught in the Diploma Program on Labor Law Updates – Recent Developments in Labor and Comprehensive Social Security Law at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is a frequent speaker and trainer on labor, collective, and social security law matters at Godoy.
