María Isabel is an Associate in the Labor Law practice at Godoy, with more than six years of experience in the judiciary and specialized legal advisory. She has served as a Law Clerk in trial courts and as a Judicial Assistant to a Justice of the Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Bogotá, an experience that has provided her with deep insight into labor litigation.
Since joining the firm in 2012, she has been part of the Litigation team and currently coordinates the judicial activity of partner Santiago Martínez’s client portfolio. Her practice focuses on the judicial representation of private-sector organizations, with a technical, strategic, and client-oriented approach.
