Profile
Marlon is part of Godoy’s leadership team, where he leads innovation, technology, and the transformation of the Firm’s operating model, strengthening its position as a benchmark in the legal sector.
He has been responsible for designing and implementing Godoy’s Technology Ecosystem, driving the adoption of disruptive tools that create value for both the Firm and its clients. He currently leads the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence–based solutions, with the mission of positioning Godoy as a leading law firm in the strategic use of AI within the Latin American legal sector, enhancing the quality, efficiency, and differentiation of our services.

Work Experience
Since 2012, Marlon has gained professional experience in key back-office areas, holding managerial roles in finance, operations, and technology. He has also served as a consultant for companies in the sector, advising on technological transformation processes and back-office modernization projects in Colombia, Central America, and Peru.
