Profile
Nicolás is a member of the Godoy team. He holds both a Master’s Degree in Labor and Social Security Law and a Specialization in Labor Law, with more than a decade of experience in strategic consulting and judicial and administrative labor litigation. He has advised clients across industries including banking, finance, aviation, consumer goods, retail, oil & gas, energy, and manufacturing.
He has extensive experience in managing and resolving both individual and collective labor disputes in highly conflict-prone sectors, and has participated in complex corporate reorganization processes, achieving very positive outcomes for both companies and employees. Nicolás is also part of the firm’s training team.

Work Experience
- Nicolás began his career at the Judicial Branch, serving as Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Bogotá. He later worked with several labor law firms, focusing on strategic advisory and litigation. He joined Godoy in 2016.
