Ricardo has extensive experience handling labor litigation processes, both in public sector entities and private organizations. He has been involved in the determination of employment benefits, pension entitlements, and the resolution of legal disputes in entities such as Colpensiones, the Instituto de Seguros Sociales, and its autonomous liquidation trust.
He has also provided legal representation to financial institutions including Fiduagraria, Banco Cafetero, and Banco Central Hipotecario, strengthening his comprehensive perspective on social security and labor law in complex and highly regulated environments.
