Ethics and Transparency<\/h3>\n

Godoy C\u00f3rdoba Abogados guarantees the anonymity of the whistleblower.<\/p>\n

The personal data provided will be used solely to manage the report, investigate the alleged facts, adopt corrective measures, and, if necessary, contact the reporter to request additional information or communicate the results of the investigation.<\/p>\n

By signing this document, I voluntarily, expressly, and informedly authorize Godoy C\u00f3rdoba Abogados S.A.S. to process my personal and\/or biometric data in accordance with applicable legislation (including Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015) and the Company\u2019s Personal Data Processing Policy. I understand and accept that my information will be processed and used for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

(i) To comply with the search, verification, and analysis procedures established in the AML\/CFT Risk Prevention System, the Code of Ethics, and other risk management frameworks;<\/span><\/p>\n

(ii) To request and\/or analyze information related to alerts arising under the above-mentioned procedures;<\/span><\/p>\n

(iii) To verify the authenticity and accuracy of information provided to Godoy C\u00f3rdoba Abogados;<\/span><\/p>\n

(iv) To fulfill any other purposes set forth in the Company\u2019s Personal Data Processing Policy; and<\/span><\/p>\n

(v) To meet any contractual or legal obligations arising in connection with the Company\u2019s business activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

This form has been established as the official Whistleblower Channel of Godoy C\u00f3rdoba Abogados and is intended to identify potential irregularities, regulatory breaches, or violations of our corporate transparency and ethics policy, as well as any actions that may affect the company\u2019s internal control system.
