{"id":7867,"date":"2026-11-05T10:35:16","date_gmt":"2026-11-05T15:35:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/godoy.legal\/?p=7867"},"modified":"2026-11-05T10:57:16","modified_gmt":"2026-11-05T15:57:16","slug":"gobiero-radica-ley-de-rescate-economico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/godoy.legal\/en\/gobiero-radica-ley-de-rescate-economico\/","title":{"rendered":"Principales cambios tributarios que propone el Proyecto de Ley 477 de 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>29 de octubre de 2026<\/strong>, el Ministro de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico radic\u00f3 en la C\u00e1mara de Representantes el proyecto de <strong>Ley de Rescate Econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>, que busca estabilizar las finanzas p\u00fablicas, reducir el gasto y reactivar el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa se apoya en seis ejes: la reducci\u00f3n del gasto del Estado; la devoluci\u00f3n del IVA mediante el mecanismo \u201cEfectIVA\u201d; medidas para el crecimiento y la inversi\u00f3n; la atracci\u00f3n de capitales con estabilidad jur\u00eddica; el fortalecimiento de la institucionalidad fiscal, y la lucha contra la evasi\u00f3n y el contrabando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el Gobierno, cerca de dos terceras partes del ajuste fiscal provendr\u00edan de la reducci\u00f3n del Estado. El proyecto apenas inicia su tr\u00e1mite en el Congreso, de modo que su texto puede cambiar durante los debates.
