Work Experience
Irene has been with Godoy Córdoba since 2014 as a member of the labor advisory team, supporting corporate restructurings and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor. She provides legal support to the portfolio of Partner Carlos Hernán Godoy, serving clients from industries such as retail, food, pharmaceuticals, ports, transportation, technology, and financial services, among others.
She has also contributed to collective bargaining processes, corporate training programs, and business reorganization matters. In addition, she serves as an Assistant Professor in the Labor Law Specialization Program at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
