Irene is a lawyer and a specialist in Labor Law and Social Security from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Since joining Godoy Legal in 2014, she has established herself as a strategic advisor to leading companies across sectors such as retail, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and financial services, among others.
Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive counsel in both individual and collective labor matters, successfully leading corporate reorganization processes, collective bargaining negotiations, and representation before the Ministry of Labor. She also serves as the primary point of contact for international clients with operations in Colombia.
