Profile

Ana Carolina holds a law degree from the Universidad de los Andes—with a minor in journalism—and a specialization in Labor and Social Security Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizations, with a focus on Employment Relations, from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

She has over eight years of experience in the legal services industry, providing support and counsel to private-sector companies on matters related to labor and social security law. Having previously worked in the audit and litigation units at Godoy, she currently serves in the advisory practice, supporting the portfolio of partner Santiago Martínez. Her approach combines technical and preventive analysis, strategic thinking, and clear communication aimed at the effective resolution of labor disputes.
